Create and Manage Alias domains or Parked Domains

The Alias domains is also called  parked domain. This domains are parked on your main  domain document root  ( public_html) folder. 

Location:

 Domains -> Aliases 

Create a New Alias

To add new alias / parked domaindomain, simply enter the domain name on  New Alias Domain Name and click the button Add AliasAlias.

This will add the new  parked domaindomain.

Manage Alias  Domains

You can manage all your alias domains from this table.  You can do the following under this optionoption,

  • Remove Alias Domain
  • Manage Redirection

Remove Alias Domain

To remove the Alias domaindomain. simply click the button RemoveRemove.

Manage Redirection

To add a redirection for the alias to an external domain or url , use the button  Add Redirection

To remove the redirection of the alias , use the button Delete Redirection

To Modify the existing redirection , use the edit  icon showing on url field.

Alias domaindomains are not real domains . You can't  change the document root or upload files to Alias domain. If you like to do so, add it as an addon domaindomain.

Alias domain is only for parking purpose and redirection of that domain to external url
