Manage Email Filters
Eenos provide Dovecot Sieve service as a full featured email filter service. So that you can create email filtering rules to manage your email accounts.
These filters are accessible from the eenos Web Mail service. You need to login to the eenos web mail service.
Access Mail Filter Interface
To access Mail Filter interface login to web mail using your email account then go to the following ,
Webmail -> Settings -> Filters
Create Filter
To create and email filter click on the Create Button on the top bar from the above link . It will take you to the email filter creation page and you need to fill out the following,
Filter Name , A name for the email filter
Filter Enabled , a toggle button to enable or disable this filter
Scope , where to apply the filter. You may select one scope
Rules , set your filtering rules. You can add multiple rules to your inbox
Actions , what will do with the emails after processing this rule.
Now click the Save Button to create the filter
Edit Filter
To edit email filter you may simply click the filter name from this page. It will show the filter configuration and you can edit the email filter fules
Delete Filter
To delete and email filter select the filter and click the trash icon on top bar. This will remove the email filter that you created from the
Eenos does support EXIM SMTP server side filter rules. Which can only added by server admins. There is no need to study exim or creation rules for eenos users as we integrated it full with your webmail service . So the exim filters are dedicated for server admins at this time.
