Mailman 3 Mailing Lists

Eenos hosting control panel supportsupports Mailman3 modern mailing list manager. To access the Mailman3 mailing list managermanager, go to the following  Location :

Email -> Mailing Lists

If you don'can't seefind this option in your control panel , then mailman3 service is disabled by your web hosting company or service provider.

Eenos doesn't backup, restore  ,restore, transfer or migrate the mailman3 services at this time.  This application is a new version of Mailman service and doesn't have an option to take individual mailing list backups at this time. So the backup and restore of Mailman3 is a future option on eenos. You are warned before using Mailman3Mailman3.

Mailman3 is a  modern python application to manage a modern mailing list. 

Create Mailman3 Mailing List

To create a new Mailman3 Mailing ListList, click the button Add New Mailing List , this will take you to the mailing list creation page. You may need to fill out the following for creating the mailing list,

Mailing List Email Name , a name for the mailing list , it is the part before @ symbol on an email account

Select Domain , a domain which own the mailing list , it is the part  after @symbol on andan email account

Mailing List Name , a name for the mailman3 list

Mailing List Description , a description about the list . eg: What is the use of this list?

Mailing List Admin Email , an administrator email account for this list

Mailing List Admin Name, the name of the list administrator 

Admin Password , a password for the list admin which will use to manage this mailing list

List Visibility  , Either public or private list . 

RememberRemember, the  Mailing List Admin will receive andan activation email on the given address to activate the mailing list and mangemanage it. So ensure you are giving the correct valid email address

Now click the button Create Mailing List , that will deploy a new mailman3 mailing listlist.

Access Mailman3 Mailing List

You can access  all your  Mailman3  lists on a website  from web interface using the  following linklink,

 https://your-website-name/mailman/

For exampleexample, if your website name is foo.com and to see all your mailman3 list interfaces go to  the following link ,

https://foo.com/mailman/

You can access individual mailman3 list  web interface by clicking the List Name from ,

Email -> Mailing Lists -> Manage Mailman Mailing Lists 

Manage Mailman Mailing Lists

Eenos provideprovides an interface to manage mailman3 lists with the following features. 

• To access Individual Mailman3 lists
• Change Mailman3 Admin / owner passwrodpassword
• Delete Mailman3 list
• MangeManage Member shipMembership roles

To manage everything on your mailing listlist, you need to login to the List web interface using the list admin logins.
